Writer's picture: Jay DurbinJay Durbin

Let's cook some MOJO mojo ribs on a pellet grill. This recipe has to be some of the best ribs ever. Soaked in a mojo marinade overnight and smoked on a pellet grill at 225°. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Mojo marinade is simple:

2 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice

3/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

8 cloves garlic

Hand full of cilantro

1 jalapeno (seeds included)

Zest of 1 lemon Blend until smooth

Remove membrane from ribs and place into marinade overnight. When you awake from slumber the following day, rub ribs with a good layer of MOJO bbq and get your grill temp up to 225°. Place on grill for 5 1/2 hours or until internal reaches 200° or you are happy with tenderness. Slice and enjoy.
